This is a light bodied, crisp, easy drinking cream ale. This ale has of hints of lemon that compliment the slightly sweet yet crisp malt backbone. This Wisconsin classic will leave you wanting more!

Screamin' Laurie American Blonde Ale    ABV: 5.0%    IBU's: 21    SRM: 5.2

Named after our loudest Green Bay Packer fan! This is a smooth, easy drinking blonde ale with notes of honey. As for the Screamin' ... well, you'll have to join us on football Sunday to experience that.

Rally Ale Kentucky Common    ABV: 5.0%    IBUs: 21    SRM: 11.6

An brownish-amber colored beer that is light-flavored with a touch of maltiness to add some complexity. Resurrected from recipes used before prohibition, be the first to try it... again.

Without A Doubt Oatmeal Stout    ABV: 6.0%    IBUs: 31.4    SRM: 35.5

Dark, full-bodied and roasty with notes of coffee, chocolate, and hazelnuts. This ale is smooth drinking with a silky mouthfeel and slightly dry finish. 

Crooked Row American Pale Ale    ABV: 5.9%    IBUs: 41.5    SRM: 7.7

Hopped with Citra and Amarillo, this ale has a noticeable apricot and citrus aroma with a hop forward flavor that finishes with notes of bread crust.

Rotational Taps

Almost Free Session IPA    ABV: 5.4%    IBUs: 65    SRM: 7.3

Brewed in collaboration with Hop & Barrel Brewing out of Hudson, WI. This IPA is sessionable and hoppy with notes of bread crust from the malts. Brewed with Simcoe and Centennial hops.

And Bob's Your Uncle Strong British Bitter    ABV: 5.9%    IBU's: 37.1     SRM: 12

A moderately strong British Bitter. Classic British hops firmly compliment a nutty and caramelly malt base. There you have it! 

Annie R U OK IPA    ABV: 6.3%    IBUs: 57.9    SRM: 6.4

This IPA pays tribute to the "classic" IPA's that started the American craft beer movement. Plenty of caramel malts back-up a healthy dose of columbus, cascade, and chinook hops.

The Big Crush IPA    ABV: 7.2%    IBUs: 48.6    SRM: 5.1

So many hops! This IPA has a ton of late addition hops like so many popular east coast IPA's out there. Light in color, hazy with lots of hoppy aromas. Our newest beer in out IPA line-up. 

Bobtown Black Ale    ABV: 5.1%    IBUs: 27.4    SRM: 26.5

Black in color but light in body and distinct notes of coffee and chocolate.  

Bobtown Fresh Wet Hop Ale    ABV: 5.6%    IBUs: 50    SRM: 7.4

Released once a year in the fall, using locally grown wet hops.

SPECIAL RELEASE: Our Robust Porter, aged in a rye whiskey barrel. The barrel aging process really brought out the notes of chocolate on this beer. 

Get Up, Get Down American Brown Ale 2.0   ABV: 5.6%    IBUs: 29.9    SRM: 20.8

A late addition of Wisconsin grown Centennial hops were added late in the boil to a brown ale. Floral and citrus hop aromas compliment this malty and rich tasting ale.

The Hasselhoff German Altbier    ABV: 4.7%    IBUs: 33.8    SRM: 18.6

Dark amber colored, brilliantly clear. Well-balanced and smooth.

I Carried A Watermelon    ABV: 5.1%    IBUs: 18.2    SRM: 2.5

Released as our 100th batch, this is our cream ale with fresh watermelon juice added late in the brewing process. Light and refreshing, a perfect summer sipper!

In The Stars Black IPA    ABV: 5.7%    IBUs: 67.4    SRM: 29

A perfect blend of citrus hops and dark roasted malts makes for a highly drinkable IPA. Hopped with citra and amarillo hops. This pairing shows that some things are just meant to be!

It's A Sunshine Day! Pilsner    ABV: 5.5%    IBU's: 41.8    SRM:2.2

Very pale, straw-yellow with sweet malty characters from the highest quality Wisconsin produced barley malt. A late addition of Ahtanum, an American hop variety, gives this lager a classic floral aroma with a slight citrus edge. Complex yet well-balanced with a smooth but prominent hop bitterness. 

Kraftwerk Belgian Witbier    ABV: 4.7%    IBU's: 14.8    SRM: 2.7

This is a light colored and light bodied ale. Brewed with in the classic tradition using spices. Light and refreshing with noticeable hints of chamomile.

The Mad Queen Belgian Blonde    ABV: 7.1%    IBUs: 21    SRM: 3.8

This light-golden colored ale has spicy fruit notes and ginger characters from the yeast. A dry refreshing finish makes that a very drinkable ale despite the slightly higher ABV.

Misled Red IPA    ABV: 6.7%    IBU's: 58    SRM: 15.4

Cascade and Centennial hops pair perfectly with caramel and darker roasted malts, creating a beer that is becoming a  midwestern classic.

North Station Brown  Ale    ABV: 4.8%    IBUs: 26.1    SRM: 19.4

Dark-reddish brown with hints of chocolate and nuts in this malt focused ale.

Obruo American IPA (Oh-Brew)    ABV: 6.4%    IBUs: 98    SRM: 4.8

A light-bodied, hoppy ale. Notes of apricot and citrus compliment the noticeable, almost tongue numbing bitterness. Hop heads will love this ale!

Off The Path Pilsner    ABV: 5.5%    IBUs: 41.8    SRM: 2.2

Brewed in the style of a classic pilsner with a few adaptations. Including, using classic American IPA hops, giving the aroma a bit of a citrus edge. Light, crisp and refreshing!

On the Sly Rye IPA    ABV: 6.5%    IBUs: 57    SRM: 7

 Sharp notes from the rye malt compliment the amarillo hops. Another member of our IPA family.

Promises to Deliver Coffee Stout    ABV: 5.5%    IBUs: 27.9    SRM: 29.1

We added coffee, roasted at Whole Earth Co-op in River Falls, WI to a stout beer. Giving a dark roasty and bold ale. 

Robust Porter    ABV: 6.2%    IBUs: 33.1    SRM: 32.2

This one is very robust. Dark and full of notes of chocolate. Perfect for a cold winter's night!

Saddle Sore Belgian IPA    ABV: 6.2%    IBUs: 62.3     SRM: 4.7

Whether it's from a bicycle (like the Belgians like to ride) or from a horseback ride (like us Wisconsinites like to ride) getting a sore "saddle" is a rite of passage. This IPA is a mash-up of a Belgian Blonde Ale and an American IPA. Aggressively hopped with notes of citrus, flowers, and bubblegum. Light in color and body, it'll keep you coming back for more and will certainly be worth the ride! 

Saison Saisoff Belgian Saison    ABV: 5.9%    IBUs: 23.3    SRM: 4.4

Golden colored and hazy. Earthy, spicy, fruity aroma with a spicy flavor and notes of lemon and a soft maltiness. The yeast did their job with this one as it is VERY highly attenuated, leaving it effervescent, crisp and refreshing.

St. Croix Maple Ale    ABV: 7.3%    IBUs: 33.3    SRM: 16.2

Maple syrup from our hops growers, St. Croix Valley Hops was added to a classic British brown recipe. Slight notes of maple syrup lend to a clean finish and give it a slightly higher ABV. Seasonal and while it lasts.

Thresher Rye Ale    ABV: 5.5%    IBUs: 26.7    SRM: 4.9

This ale is brewed exclusively with Wisconsin malts and hops! The rye lends a spiciness, the hops some lemon-y citrus accents. This beer is light and easy drinking.

Third Season Pumpkin Porter    ABV: 5.9%    IBUs: 39    SRM: 34.3

We took a robust porter recipe, added pumpkin to give it more body and a touch of spices including, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, mace and cloves, to give a subtle spiciness that perfectly compliments the dark, roasted malts.

Upside Down World Porter    ABV: 7.0%    IBUs: 39    SRM: 32.6

Dark as night and full of strange things... like peanut butter and cocoa nibs.

Wise, Witty, Wild Mild Ale    ABV: 5.2%    IBUs: 25.6    SRM: 12.9

We added wild rice to a classic British mild ale recipe. Light brown in color, nutty with hints of blueberries.
